All High School students participate in "Community Service." The project, called "Social Helpers," consists of 20 hours of community work that have real impacts on the Sorocaba community.

Blind Date with a Book (Leitura às Escuras)

Blind Date With a Book

A charity project in which students collect new and used books. Then, they wrap each copy and write a short review without revealing the title, allowing the reader to choose the book based solely on the description. All proceeds are donated to a charitable institution.

Charity Bingo (Bingo Solidário)

Charity Bingo

During the Portal Bilingual School's June Festival, students organize a charity bingo game where all proceeds go to a charitable institution. They mobilize the collection of prizes, inviting and engaging the entire school community to participate, collaborate, and have fun in this important chain of good deeds.
